The stud and clasp are sterilized and pre-load in a single sterile cartridge. The cartridge is loaded into the piercing gun and the gun never touches the ear.

To facilitate the piercing of children's ears we use two therapists, each with a piercing gun, to simultaneously pierce both ears in one go.

Clasp automatically attaches with proper clearance for optimum healing.
