How do I use the online shop? |

|
If an item you like has a  button next to it you can click it and the item will be added to your shopping basket
Don't worry if you change your mind, you can tick the 'remove' box to the left of the item in your shopping basket and click the 'update basket' button and it will be removed.
If you want to carry on looking for more items to purchase click the 'continue shopping' button. Your previously selected items will remain in your basket and can be viewed at any time by clicking the  buton.
When you have added all the items you want to purchase click the 'secure checkout' button to enter your payment details.
If you have a Paypal account you can log in and complete your purchase in the normal way. If not, you can use your credit or debit card without registering. Paypal do not charge you a fee.
Zero priced items are non-stocked items. By clicking buy it now you are requesting a price. We aim to provide this within 48 hours - supplier permitting. If you accept the quotation we will issue a paypal payment request and will order the items once payment is made. These special ordered items cannot be returned unless faulty.
When you have completed these steps, sit back and relax after all that shopping and wait for your delivery.

Purchasing Products |

If you have purchased products they will be sent Recorded Signed For and can be tracked on the Post Office website.
We aim to get items to you within 5 working days (usually 3!) and will give you the option of a full refund if we cannot do this.(UK only)
Postage and packing within the UK is free for all purchases over £30 and just £3.50 otherwise.
For deliveries outside the UK surface mail will be used. If you require your purchase quickly please contact us for airmail prices.

Purchasing Treatments |

Much as we would like to send a therapist in a box it is not always practical!
We have included this option so that you can pre-purchase a treatment for yourself or a friend.
You will receive a gift voucher for the treatment. Simply phone and book a suitable appointment at your leisure, bring the voucher when you visit and present it as payment.
If the treatment is a gift you can fill in the details of the person you would like us to send it to in the message box when you reach the checkout.
Please note: Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase.

Security |

Unlike some other online shops that collect your credit card details and transmit them by Email - a very unsafe method - we use the Paypal service to manage your purchase.
Your card details are processed on the Paypal secure server (look for the  in the bottom right of the screen)
Because your card details are never passed to us they cannot be intercepted.
Remember, with paypal you don't need an account, it's safe and it's free to use.

Returns |
|
|
We will be happy to replace FOC any items that are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Simply return them to us with full details of any fault.
If you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake, we will be happy to replace it with the correct item (provided you return it in it's original, unused condition) but will have to charge postage. Call us for details.

Privacy |

Personal details that you supply to us as part of the shopping process are only kept on file for the purpose of payment validation. We never pass your details to a third party.
We may from time to time contact you with news of special offers or forthcoming events via the email address that you supply. Please let us know if you do not wish us to contact you.
